A project for a DMS Migration from Enovia MatrixOne to EMC Documentum was plamnned, initiatedand managed. The project was part of a Post Merger Integration program affecting approx 700 users. Coordination and collection of requirements witing 7 different business units have been part of this challange as well as managing these requirements. Selection of appropriate experts for the systeme MatrixOne and Documentum and managing these resources.
